My daughter brought home “MyPyramid” today from school. Her 6th grade health class is learning about healthy eating. “MyPyramid” is government branded educational program (www.mypyramid.gov) to teach children about a proper diet. The irony is that I’m also learning about healthy eating, and it’s contradictory to core principles of the pyramid.
