Kick’n up a notch – C25K

I’m in the third week of C25K. I have been doing most of most running on a treadmill at the local fitness center. My walking pace has been 3.0 mph, and running at 5.0 mph. I increased them both by .2 mph today. I could feel the difference. 5.2 is a running pace of 11.5 minute mile.
