I finished my third week of C25K today ; six weeks to go. I’m hoping the weather cooperates so I can get back outside.

Monday is my ‘weigh day’. Down 3 lbs for a total of 23 lbs. This Monday also marks one month on my journey to better health. I also completed my second week of C25K. I may actual be able to complete this C25K program.

During my Saturday workout my right knee was hurting. Today, it was fine. I guess I should expect a few aches and pains as I go along. As my weight drops, it should be alot easier on my limbs (what I have put them through over the past few years!).
